You'll know you're in the right place because a cutscene will begin. Use these to climb to the very top of the castle. Destroy it, head inside, and then head out and onto the wooden beams. Head outside and you'll see a breakable wooden wall. Destroy the crate to the right of it and then move the stack to the right. Up here, you'll see a moveable stack of cargo. Basically, you'll just need to climb up and up until you reach the top floor. With the door destroyed, head deeper into the castle: it's time to capture Tedmund. Once it's down, you can lead the ram across to take out the next door. You'll need to shoot the lock on each side of the bridge to lower it. When you get to the gate, you'll see the drawbridge is up. Head there, destroy the guards at each one, and shoot the red pots near each cauldron to blow them up.Īfter blowing up the cauldrons, you'll need to transport the ram to the next gate within the castle. There are eight and they're marked with a teal V.
Once you've made it into the castle, you'll need to destroy some oil cauldrons. When you see a smaller red circle, run - some fire is about to waterfall down on you and you don't want to be there for that. If you see a red circle above you, some arrows are about to rain down so brace with L1/LB to take less damage. You'll need to ram this into the castle door by holding R2/RT and pushing forward and back, as if you were actually doing it. When it starts, run up and interact with the machine your crew mates are pushing forward. After this, the assault on Rouecistre will begin. You can see what those locks look like in the screenshot below:Īfter this, go regroup with your allies at their camp at the teal objective marker about 350 meters away. You'll need to shoot the naval chain locks on both sides to destroy it. Shoot the lock on it to unlock that door. Inside here, look through the metal bars and you'll see a door. Use it to open the locked door near the teal objective marker. Once you arrive, use your Odin's Sight to locate the guard with the key.
